As a Silicon Valley home buyer or seller, are you confused with the number of real estate search sites available on the web? Well, please meet Dwellicious 007 On Her Majesty’s Secret Service ipod
, a great way to help bookmark, organize, share, and discuss properties that you find online (all in one place). Check out the simple and short video (available in HD) below that shows how it works.
Take a few minutes to check the site out and let me know your thoughts. It has a great user interface and I think this would be a great tool for most of my clients looking to buy real estate here in Silicon Valley.

This is a wonderful tool for anyone, but especially for people looking to buy Real Estate! It is such an intuitive website, using
“smart bookmarking” allowing the prospective Buyer to bookmark their favorite homes say from Zillow.com, Redfin.com, MLSListings.com, and a host of other real estate search websites.
I’m going to recommend this to all of the Buyers I am working with right now, it will save them loads of time. I especially like the Walk Score in the cool tools feature in Dwellicious, that shows you where all the closest grocery stores are, restaurants, schools, parks, etc! Make sure to check this feature out!
Thanks for sharing this Alex!

Great idea – an easy way to centralize properties from the many real estate web sites. Nice interface as well.
