“But home prices aren’t sliding everywhere. Palo Alto real estate has remained relatively strong, at least until the financial crisis hit in September, said Alex Wang, broker/owner of Rainmaker Properties in Palo Alto.

Wang said the market has slowed since then. Some residents are now eager to sell before the market worsens, he said. In some cases, sellers plan to move into rental properties.”

In Oct Issue of The Registry – Bay Area Real Estate Journal

In the October issue of The Registry Taking a Chance on Love dvd , the popular Bay Area real estate journal, on page 34, I commented on the hot rental market in Silicon Valley. In light of all the chaos in the mortgage and financial arenas, the demand for rentals has increased and so has the number of properties that the Rainmaker Properties’ property management division.

“Strong apartment demand, a credit crunch and affordability challenges deliver boon to property owners.”

In Aug/Sept Issue of The Registry – Bay Area Real Estate Journal

The August/September issue of The Registry, the popular Bay Area real estate journal, on page 17, I talk about the growing trend for “green” and how even though many builders are providing “green” amenities, the majority of resale homes are do not have as many of these features installed.

“As the trend turns into reality and more people become aware of the impacts their desires might have on the environment and its resources, the American Dream may very well one day be a cooler shade of green.”

I’m noticing a lot more people being aware of the impact that they are having on the environment. Though I haven’t negotiated a deal yet where “green” amenities or lack of were a deal breaker, I think it’s just a matter of time… differin acne treatment
