Alex’s American-born Chinese or “ABC” background has helped him better understand and serve his clients who come from various cultural backgrounds and ethnicities looking to buy or sell real estate in Silicon Valley.  Alex’s team has served over two hundred families in selling all types of property (condos, townhouses, planned unit developments, single family homes, vacant land, and multi-residential) and he looks forward in continuing to cultivate relationships and serve the local community.

Living a well-balanced life is something that is very important to Alex and his family. His servant-style attitude comes from a realization that being a real estate agent means a lot more than just selling homes.  Actively applying biblical principles to all circles of his life and having the willingness to share his own personal experience with faith has given Alex a renewed spirituality that saved his life.

“God is, above all, the biggest influence on the decisions I make. He leads me to every decision and inspires me to treat others well above all else.”

Edmund Yue, REALTOR

Edmund was born and raised in San Jose, and has been involved with Real Estate in the Bay Area since 2002, being a part of a national training program for private investing and working in Public Accounting as an Auditor to now serving his clients as a full-time REALTOR. Edmund graduated from Santa Clara University with an Accounting degree and an emphasis on Finance.

The single factor that led Edmund to become a full-time Realtor was the desire to serve his clients in a manner that would far exceed their expectations. The most important attributes he abides by are treating everyone with respect, integrity, utmost care, and honesty. Edmund is constantly serving and caring for his clients that in turn have earned him their most coveted attribute of all – their trust.

People might ask what is the difference between Edmund and other Realtors/Agents? The main difference is Edmund is a Realtor who always has his client’s best interest in mind, understands what his clients want/don’t want, and continues to serve, serve, serve. From the beginning, Edmund has been known to counsel and advise his clients, walk them through every process of the Buying/Selling process, explain things in a manner that clients can understand in everyday language, and also continues to strengthen the relationship with his clients by following up even after the transaction is completed.

Edmund’s view is that a client is not someone that one serves and goes away after the transaction is completed. Rather, an exceptional and trusted Realtor is someone who is there with his clients for the rest of their lives – someone that his clients can always look to for advice on Buying/Selling property in the future, investments, referrals to various professional contractors, and being there to help in anyway possible. Many of Edmund’s past clients have truly appreciated working with Edmund and send him referrals from their friends/family/colleagues as a testament to his outstanding work as a Realtor in serving his clients needs.

Edmund continues to enjoy working with Rainmaker Properties, a company that truly cares for their clients well being and will always be there to serve and help its clients with its Real Estate needs.

Sara was born and raised in the original Willow Glen home that her parents purchased back in 1953, and she continues to live in Willow Glen to this day raising her family and working as a REALTOR specializing in the South Bay and specifically the beloved Willow Glen.  Helping clients find a home in the Bay Area is exciting for Sara because she has a great understanding of the different areas of Santa Clara County; each little town and city has its own allure and history, and over the years has discovered the unique and special facets of every neighborhood.

Past clients have expressed how friendly and easy it is to work with Sara, and how fun and relaxing it is to go out on tour with her.  Sara humbly concurs that she would like working with herself; she is witty, down to earth, a skilled negotiator, very professional and makes her clients feel at ease.  Sara is truly dedicated to her clients and works to serve them; her goal is to make them feel comfortable with the home buying and selling process and to assure them that she will be by their side, supporting them throughout the entire transaction and beyond.  A client to Sara is a client for life.

When Sara is not serving her clients, she gratefully spends her free time with her precious family, and circle of friends; Sara feels she is truly blessed!  Sara is also very active in her community and has a voice for the preservation of the ecological and environmental state of this wonderful city.  She enjoys live music, photography, fine wine, traveling, gardening, bird watching, biking and cozying down with a good read at the end of a long day.

Ceci Ellis, REALTOR, Client Care Coordinator

Direct: (650) 207-3533
Email: ClientCare [at] RealEstateRain.com

Ceci is the office veteran; having been in the real estate industry since the early 80’s when she started her career in the Investor Relations Department of Fox & Carskadon Financial Corporation, also known as The Fox Group.  She worked as an Investor Representative for the company until 1994 when most of the remaining limited partnerships were taken over by a new managing general partner and her job eliminated.

Ceci took that opportunity to follow a long time dream of becoming a real estate sales professional and worked for 12 years with a family owned and operated real estate company headquartered in Palo Alto whose broker/owner was also a practicing real estate attorney.

She has worked alongside and/or sat at the negotiating table with many local real estate legends during her days in the real estate syndication business.   She also has worked with a variety of real estate transactions from condos to office space, but particularly enjoys her work with first time homebuyers and showing woodsy properties in the more rustic areas of the peninsula.   She has listed and sold homes as far away as Boulder Creek and San Francisco but prefers to work on the mid-peninsula where she has spent most of her life.  Over the years, she has also weathered the storms of shifting real estate markets and has gained experience in dealing with market conditions ranging from foreclosures to bidding wars.

Although real estate is as much her pre-occupation as her occupation, Ceci enjoys spending her downtime with her family which includes her husband, mother, two cats and her horse.  If she’s not out showing property or working in the Rainmaker Properties office, you might find her out riding her little pinto horse in Woodside.
